2. What data we collect
- Inquiry form data that you choose to submit: company/organization, country or region, product or series of interest, contact details (name, e-mail, telephone) and the content of your message, together with the inquiry type you select.
- Policy acknowledgement: that you confirmed, when submitting the form, that you have read this policy.
- Cookie choice: a single value stored in your browser's local storage to remember whether you have acknowledged the cookie notice.
We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling or social-media tracking technologies on this website, and we do not sell personal data.

4. Recipients and transfers
- Your data is accessible to our sales and regulatory/quality staff and, where required to answer your inquiry, to our distribution partners in your region. Those partners act on our instruction and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Our EU representative (Crealkraft GmbH, Burgfeldstr. 31, 45127 Essen, Germany) may act as the contact point for you and for supervisory authorities in the European Union and may receive your request where it is addressed to them.
- The website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are transmitted to and stored by the hosting provider as part of the form-handling service, and are forwarded to our e-mail systems.
- Where a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures.
5. Retention
Inquiry and business-correspondence records are retained for 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship, a quotation under negotiation or a legal obligation requires longer retention; contract and quality records are kept for the periods required by the applicable medical device and commercial regulations.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or address your request to our EU representative listed above.

We do not set advertising, analytics or third-party cookies. Because only technically necessary storage is used, no prior consent banner is required for its operation; the notice is provided for transparency and can be dismissed.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect the data you submit, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and access restrictions on our mail and record systems.

We may update this policy when our practices or the applicable law change. The current version is always available on this page, together with its effective date.
